Refunds and Exchanges
There are NO Refunds or Exchanges on any hair related products. Once your order is handed to the carrier we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All packages are the responsibility of the carrier and a claim must be filed if there are any issues.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
